You combine qualities that are now very rare: top-notch quality work, great customer service, excellent prices and friendly service providers. From now on, you are my only source for plumbing and/or HVAC repairs!

I have used other plumbers in Waterville for my rental properties because they were cheaper than Houle's, but that was always a mistake. In the end, using Houle's would have been cheaper. They do their job and know what they are doing. They are reliable, trustworthy and dealing with their professional staff is a pleasure when you have had to deal with others who are working out of the back of their van.

These guys were great when they installed our new boiler!!! Put in LONG days to make sure it was done in a timely manner, very informative on the operational aspects of our new system!! Definitely recommend
