“Wonderful company. Very responsive and helpful. Twice I have had to reach out to them when my furnace malfunctioned and they have come the same day. Highly recommend!”

“My monitor heater wasn't working. My regular repair guy had retired years ago. I was given the name of this company by Granite Group. Jack actually answered the phone when I called. We had a discussion about what was going on. He came the next morning and had the unit back in operation in an hour's time. He let me watch and question him, so I was able to build my awareness of how it works and what causes problems. Priceless! Thank you so much, Jack!”
