The company had amazing customer service and knowledge for oil furnace work and monitor heater repair. They are always willing to come out for a service call, even after hours, and work until the problems are resolved. The company had super helpful, knowledgeable service and took the time to explain what they found, building awareness of how it works and what causes problems. Highly recommended and definitely a go to service provider.
My monitor heater wasn't working. My regular repair guy had retired years ago. I was given the name of this company by Granite Group. Jack actually answered the phone when I called. We had a discussion about what was going on. He came the next morning and had the unit back in operation in an hour's time. He let me watch and question him, so I was able to build my awareness of how it works and what causes problems. Priceless! Thank you so much, Jack!
