Wow! Great experience. Our cleaning occurred the day we called them. We were notified when the cleaner was on his way. He helped us clear out a room after we suddenly decided to add that room’s carpet. He explained why he didn’t recommend cleaning our wool rug in our house but rather have it taken to Penobscot Cleaning Service facility in Trenton where they could safely clean and dry it. We were impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness.

Two folks from Penobscot came to clean our carpets throughout the house and to clean upholstery at the same time. We are incredibly happy with the result - the carpets, which hadn't been professionally cleaned in years (if ever!) look, I'm not kidding, like new. What a difference. Plus there was a stain that had been there for ages - now gone. Very pleased with result.
