We had a lovely experience at Fathom! It had a great atmosphere and family-friendly vibe. Christine was able to accommodate our group of four- for nails- last minute. She and Bethani left our fingers and toes sparkling and they were so fun to chat with during our time with them! And though we weren’t there for hair- Brittany squeezed in one of us for a quick hair tinsel treatment- because why not!? We don’t live locally but will be back whenever we’re in town!!
I don't understand the low reviews. I've been dealing with this company for years, and find they are friendly, amazing communicators, caring and do an EXCELLENT job, and they get challenges! They are so accommodating! Even when they have their own staffing issues to navigate, they sort things out and get the job done so nicely. Thanks for the great work and service, guys and gals.
