The team at C&R are fantastic. Honest, reliable, accommodating, etc.. We gave them a nice rug that needed cleaning and it wasn't going to work for us even after the cleaning. They had another rug they sold us and it worked out great. They cleaned it, ordered a new mat for it, and delivered it the next day. Wonderful.
