It was my first time in Ulta and I had a great experience. Every associateI interacted with was so friendly and helpful. The woman who worked with my complimented my bag and spent so much time looking for an eyeliner for me. The woman at the register was great too and helped me sign up for rewards. This is. my new go to spot for cosmetics! 💖
My overall visit was great and the attendant who helped me was very friendly,kind and very polite. However,when I got up to the counter,the cashier,an older lady,was rather rude and and a bit impolite,I will go back once more and if I have another experience like that on my next visit this review will be edited and changes will be made.
