Corrina (cory) in the south Portland location is hands down the best! My daughter loves her. She makes her feel so special. She loves her hello kitty personality and tattoos too. I make the hour drive for her always. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing!! Everyone there were very outgoing. Although I was on time, I did have to wait a little longer for my son's haircut. But that was definitely ok, because every individual is different to cut hair for. Sometimes a client could take a little longer than others due to their childs behavior or how they want their hair done what they. My sons first hair cut went spectacular! The stylist kept him smiling the whole time. (:

Would not recommend. The older lady absolutely is trash there. Got mad at my 1 year old for moving and crying. She’s 1 years old for god sake. Did not attempt to even distract her. Didn’t say hi when we walked in. Now my daughter looks like a boy. Take your child else where!

Never got seen after waiting for an hour. We were quoted 27 minutes and had people who checked in online AND people who hadn’t checked in online be called ahead of us. VERY disappointing since we drove over an hour to have my sons hair cut. Never again.

My daughter got a hair cut at this establishment last year and I still am recommending other moms bring their children here! They treated my shy girl with such kindness and patience and at the end, we got a smile! She still talks about the glitter the stylist put in her hair. I def recommend you visit Snip It's!

Absolutely horrible! I would give zero stars if I could! I will never go back! This was only our 2nd time, its was Saturday and expectedly busy when we checked in and received a 1hr & 20 min wait time. We said okay and left with a return time. When we returned 10 min before our original return time 45 minutes had been added to our wait time. When I asked if this was accurate I was told by one of the stylist that there was a glitch in the system and yes infact 45 more minutes was required for us to wait if we wanted a haircut. I understand no one person is responsible for this however there was absolutely no attempt to rectify the problem nor the slightest apology of any sorts for what had happened. Horrible customer service...who allows their company to have employees who can't even extend an apology?!

First haircut for my grandson and the stylist made it such a positive experience. She was so patient and kind. The cut was adorable. She even saved his curls for us.

My 1 year old got his first haircut here and it was awesome! My guy is a little shy, but they made him feel very comfortable. The wonderful woman who cut his hair was very cautious when MJ was playing with bubbles to distract and make him more comfortable. Great experience!
