I was so impressed with Brad and Adam of PuroClean. They promptly returned my call and offered a free inspection of my home. Adam did a thorough inspection of the areas of concern. Adam took the time to explain what mold looks like and areas that are prone to it. I was relieved to learn we didn't have any and so impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company. I can't speak highly enough of this business. After finding mold in our basement, my husband and I began calling around to get quotes for an assessment of our situation. Brad responded to our inquiry almost immediately, and he maintained a high level of professionalism throughout our interaction.Brad came out to look at our situation. He was knowledgeable, honest, and fair. In fact, Brad advised us on how to prevent mold from coming back, but did not recommend professional services at this time based on what he saw.
