Kennebec Pharmacy & Home Care has patient and polite staff, known for their sense of humor and ability to help customers navigate through insurance changes and billing errors. The local staff are very thorough and helpful as best they can be. They go above and beyond to ensure all necessary information is provided, making the process so much smoother. The staff have been wonderful, very thorough, and helpful with orders. They work so hard to help others and are forever grateful for their service.
Gabby at South Portland was great. The only thing that I wish had happened. I called back the next day to have someone. Call me and someone did call me. But it was not gabby, and I had specifically asked gabby to call me back, she might have been out that day or out for a week, just to note, letting me know she would call back at some point would be nice.Thank you
They were very nice and explained everything and made sure I have everything I need.
I am still having more episodes than D r Evans wanted
