Regional Home Care provides personalized sleep, respiratory, and oxygen services to thousands of patients monthly. Founded in 1982, this premier independent company ensures each patient receives personal care and attention. The staff is professional and provides clear explanations of equipment use. They are very informative and thorough, answering questions and leaving patients feeling confident and supported. Patients know how the machine works and how to perform routine cleaning, changing new filters and replacing other parts. They also receive quick responses to messages and great service for getting supplies and replacement CPAP machines.
Met with the Portland, ME, and worked wit Holly. She was excellent it getting me set up with new pap machine, and mask. The experience was trouble free, she is very professional and pleasant, an asset to your company. Will recommend highly to anyone who needs sleep need equipment.
Shawn was very professional, explained things very well. My overall experiences with RHC -- getting replacement CPAP when first one aged-out, getting supplies, getting quick responses to messages I sent, et al - have been great.
Kim was very informative & thorough of my new Res med c-pap machine , she presented everything I needed to know and answered my questions, I am very pleased with the experience.
