After months of trying to get an appointment my fiancee called again today so he could use his groupon before it expired only to hear a recorded message about not taking clients due to illness. Looking at reviews it seems this has been an issue for over 6 months even though it's only been 4 months since I bought the groupon so why are you still selling them knowing he cant take clients and now it's too late to get a refund?!

I had an AWFUL experience with this company!! I bought a Groupon, made my appt. They called me and said the masseuse injured his wrist and was gonna have to wait on scheduling. I was OK w that until the days turned into months. Meanwhile he was Still Advertising on Groupon and taking people's money. So day before my appointment finally I had to reschedule myself. When I called the person was snappy and said I wouldn't b able to get the Groupon rate if I did! After sitting on this Groupon for 6 mos and multiple calls to try and schedule with Josh over that time. I am very disappointed with this company!!
