There was a mistake in my bill that delayed my fuel delivery. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately corrected the bill and delivered my fuel first thing the next morning! I even received a phone call with a personal apology! Excellent customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hired this company to install tank during installation at $6000 I called to fill the tank and was quoted $3.09 a gallon 4 days later the truck filled the tank at $3.69 a gallon. I was told they calculated 300 gallons a year in consumption meaning I pay the highest tier amount based on usage. Used 200 gallons since mid November. Installation looks like a child did it. These guys are just about making money service at the highest prices.
I have used Dead River Oil for years. Their prices are about the same as everyone else's and I have only had 2 issues with them in the 13 years I have used them for my oil company. First time they filled my oil when I ask for 100 gallons. I let them know and they said "Oh, that's our fault you keep it!" !!! woohoo! The second time I had called and made a payment with them and a week later they delivered 100 gallons (my norm when I call them) that I didn't ask for. I called and they let me wait an extra month before I had to pay. Which worked out fine with me cause I was going to need oil anyways cause it was very cold out the next few weeks.
