She also truly cares and listens to you about your questions, inspiration and gives the best advice! I started coming many years ago just doing brow waxes and then started to get brow lamination and stains and finally got the courage to get pmu brows.. the absolute best investment I have made and I wish I did it years ago! “I have had great experiences here getting mani/pedi, so I tried their hair services. Josephine was hands down, amazing! She truly listened to me and cared about the health of my scalp. I felt seen by her and she worked very efficiently and professionally. The best thing about her was the extremely relaxing scalp massage she gave. I have never experienced such relaxation in my life and I already made another appointment to get my hair treated (she did a moisturizing mask to help lessen my hair frizz) and another scalp massage! I don't know where I went, but it was otherworldly. I am convinced Josephine is a healer and I highly recommend setting an appointment with her.“

“The two ladies who own this salon are wonderful - sweet, friendly, and just the right amount of chatty! I've been going to Krystal for years, and I can't imagine letting anyone else touch my hair at this point. She always listens to what I want, and if I'm unsure of exactly what I'm wanting when I go in for appointments, she will help me decide by offering options, and her own opinions if I'm wanting that.
