The team truly are experts about glasses, frames and everything in between and they do a great job of teaching their customers about all these details in a friendly, approachable manner that makes me better appreciate all that goes into glasses.

Love this store! My glasses recently fell off and I then stepped on them. The frames were so mangled. I'd bought the glasses at VIP, so went and asked if they could do anything with them to make them usable. A young woman said she'd try, worked on them for a bit, brought them back and they looked almost new. They'd been falling off for months, and now they stay on and I'm so appreciative. Unfortunately for her, I then asked if she would tune up my other 2 pairs, which she did graciously and expertly. Fabulous service, thank you VIP!
