2255 Congress St, Portland“You can tell that the workers at the specialty clinic truly love animals. I am so grateful that we took my cat Nelson here because I left feeling so much less scared about our plan to treat his cancer. The oncologist Dr. Mason is honest, highly experienced, empathetic, and passionate about her work, and I am so thankful that we got a vet like her who seems to genuinely care about what she does. I feel secure knowing that she will be honest with us about his health, but I also feel relieved knowing she will make sure he gets the best care possible. All of the staff were also very sweet and compassionate :) I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for the best care with your animal.“

739 Warren Ave, Portland“The waits are pretty long and the fees are expensive, but they saved my kitty's life. After our regular vet misdiagnosed her, we brought my sweet middle-aged cat here where they brought her back to health. Now, just a few days after she was about to die, she's at home and playing with her toys. She wouldn't be alive without them. I will say, they need more vets. From what I've come to understand, they may only have one actual vet there at a time, and vets that do specific testing are only there on certain days, so it may take hours to days to truly find what's wrong with your animal. Still, they didn't push us into surgeries do have official diagnoses. When it was pretty clear what was going on, they just treat the animals for that instead of trying to pressure owners into the extra testing. The fees are crazy expensive. We couldn't really afford it, but having my precious angel home and on the road to health is worth it. So, if you can't get into your regular vets and are having an emergency, from my family's experience, your animal is in good hands.“

115 Bishop St, Portland“Vets are nice, caring, and want the best for your pet. 25%off if you are on Medicare/Disability. Easy to get to. Adoption services, as well as a low cost clinic. Donations are accepted with great thanks. They do great follow up. A little hard to get in as they are very busy. A great choice for lower priced, quality pet care. Aftercare services are also available. Would love to see lots of donations toward up graded equipment, and training for staff so they can continue up to date care . Clean place, with very helpful staff.“

“I have been lucky enough to bring my Labrador version of Joan Jett here for the past 2 years or so. Emmy the dog does not necessarily get along with other dogs, because of her punk rock attitude, and as such, she is always granted backstage access upon arrival. the staff is excellent and they always address any concern with a sense of urgency, and give very precise information with regard to her well-being, in a timely fashion. I have yet to have any bad experience here and I can't say enough about the care and diligence of anyone who has dealt with my dog and I. In particular, Dr Cohen has been excellent, and I can't stress how caring and compassionate these people are. thank you so much for everything you do!“
