We had Chris a service technician come out yesterday. After years of having different people come in from a different company, it was nice to have someone who knows and can explain your water problems and how to fix them. Seth and Chris did a great job with the installation of our water softening system along with an R/O water filtration system under our kitchen sink. They were quite clean and courteous and explained the features of each unit very well. I would definitely recommend The Pure Experts!

Took care of all of my water problems from bacteria to hardness. The installation techs Seth and Olivea were fast, knowledgeable and worked with very high degree of quality. I no longer have stains from anything my water touches, tools, dishes, clothing. crystal clear and delicious tasting water. The equipment is also easy to maintain which gives peace of mind. I really appreciate this company and what they've done for my house and family. Thank you!
