After 6 months of physical therapy and minimal success with about a 10% increase in mobility, I sought out Alexa at Origin Center in hopes of gaining some more function after a torn bicep tendon. After a few sessions, I gained more mobility back than in the 6 months of PT. After a couple of months I had full range of motion again in my right shoulder. This is a great place with a lot of integrity.

The Origin Center has been a very important supplement to my health regimen. I originally sought out acupuncture to help me treat fatigue which I later came to find out through modern tests was due to cancer. Alexa and the staff have been very accommodating and are providing wonderful health support as I undergo chemotherapy. Specifically, acupuncture has helped me bring up my white blood cell count so I can withstand my cancer treatments with fewer side effects. I’m very grateful to have The Origin Center and Alexa in my health arsenal as I fight this illness.

I came to The Origin Center feeling burned-out, exhausted, foggy-brained... like I'd lost my usual spark and life-force... It felt overwhelming and a bit hopeless. I worried this would be my "new normal" as a middle-aged woman. Within two treatments, I began to experience a significant shift and now, eight weeks later, I feel amazing! I've also been taught such useful self-care techniques and ways of understanding my experience and symptoms.
