Libby is the color correction queen. She can master any look you're after but has boho down to a science. She knows how to paint hair and can make you look like a work of art. If you've got some unwelcome gold in your hair, make an appointment with Libby stat. I've seen Libby several times as I've transitioned my hair back to it's natural color. She's a goddess and so easy to work with. I never have to wonder if I've portrayed what I wanted enough or if my hair isn't going to come out exactly how I'd like. It's a ten every time.
