Doug M. introduced me to my new CPAP machine and the proposed therapy. He was knowledgeable, and professional in all aspects. I left with knowing how the machine works and how to perform routine cleaning, changing new filters and replacing other parts that are routinely changed. He also showed me how to gain support from Regional Home Care if required. He reflected well for both him and Regional Home Care.
