My mom and i came in today and could not be more happy with our experience. Jimmy exceeded our expectations and did an absolutely amazing job on our tattoos!! The line work, shading and overall attention to detail is incredible! He was very personable, very patient, kept us comfortable and relaxed and took great care of us.

If you're in Portland and looking for somewhere to get a piercing done fast and affordable, Pins and Needles is the place. Caleb is a great dude. He did my eyebrow and nose piercings exceptionally well and was very informative on aftercare.
As for tattoos, I haven't yet gotten one there, but they have a plethora of flash books to look through as soon as you walk in. Plenty of great classic styles, American/Japanese traditional, tribal, etc. I will definitely be returning at some point to get a tattoo done.
They fixed my seriously messed up tattoo.
If you book locally with Ashley and she has a chemical burn on her left PINKY AND/OR RING FINGER, DO NOT LET HER TATTOO YOU. She's unsafe and sloppy.
