I was extremely pleased with Northeast Hearing. I have been to other facilities before such as Miracle Ear etc. Have not been satisfied with their service. I am so happy to have found Northeast Hearing. Actually my doctor recommended them. Prices are within reason. Also the equipment (hearing aids) aren't complicated to use. Definitely recommend them. The staff is very cordial and respectful.
I went to Northeast Hearing for a hearing test. I waited a short while after my appointment time, and then was brought in for a short talk and then the hearing test. After that the audiologist explained the results and we talked at length about hearing aid options. Everything was clearly and patiently explained. I left having a clear understanding of the degree of my hearing loss and my options.
