Wow. We received such fabulous service from Mancini. I was very impressed. One of their electricians, Greg, came out to our apartment in response to our complaint to the building management that we could not get our cable to work. Greg said that he wasn’t ordinarily called out for that kind of job, and I was afraid he wasn’t going to be able to do it. But he plunged right in and did some amazing detective work to figure out what the problem was. It took him quite a while to track down the problem, going from our apartment to the basement to the outside of the building, but he did not give up and kept going until he found out what was wrong and fixed it. Thank YOU! The electric service drop pulled off the house due to a falling tree during the Saturday ice storm (but we were lucky that the meter didn’t come off the house). Our entire two-car driveway was littered with our neighbor’s fallen trees. We called Mancini this morning (Monday) and by 10am Gino and Max arrived. Because the neighborhood was without power but we had a fallen electricity line we couldn’t do any clean up. Thank goodness, Mancini’s crew safely cut and capped the line so we could clean the debris. We filled an entire commercial 12 ton trailer and by mid-afternoon, Max and Gino were reinstalling the brackets so the insulated sleeve protecting...read full review
