My jaw dropped when I saw the progress these guys did. I had some repair spots that I was concerned about, and they blew my mind. They had only been there for 5 hours and completed all the repairs and fully sanded both rooms (680 sq ft.) night and day difference. I would recommend Jimmy Express to anyone and everyone. Jimmy’s crew arrived to my 1890s farmhouse on time & had begun work within just a few minutes of accessing my home. I swear we’d been chatting for maybe 5 mins with the crew leader, when I started hearing the sound of nails being driven in further by the rest of his crew! They were quick & about their business. I had 5 rooms plus a stairwell & hallway that were completed in just 3 days. Some of the rooms had even been poorly sanded & stained by the previous home owner & there’s no evidence of any of that work remaining. I've had Jimmy Express Floor Sanding out to my 1907 home twice in the past year to strip and/or restore the original hardwood floors after the previous owner painted over some of the flooring. They were able to bring the floors back to their original beauty! I highly recommend Jimmy Express Floor Sanding!
