First-rate service, as always. Zach communicated well. He and his assistant did a fine job on the installations and repairs. We got a new water heater, a new backflow regulator for the irrigation system, and a new (simple) shower head replacement. I've had some experience with cheaper places, and it hasn't turned out well with those. Heritage has never been other than excellent!
Edit: We had another service done -- installing a kitchen sink -- and Zack was outstanding once again!
Had a leak in the shower. They were able to be there within a couple of days to assess the issue, made a quick fix on the spot and then returned on the day promised to do the major part of the repair.
Great communication, friendly staff and Zack made quick work of the job. We received both a text and a phone call that he was on his way, he arrived and got right to work. We paid exactly what was quoted during the initial visit.
There’s no question that we will use them again if we have issues. Highly recommend!
