HE Paint Bar is by far one of the best nail salons in the greater Portland area! I typically book my appointments 5-6 months out because they’re so busy! Not many places can say that! The nail techs are all talented, especially Jess! My nails always look great. Highly recommend!

I always have an excellent experience at H&E. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and offer excellent service. If you have an issue like gel polish lifting, they’ll schedule you back in and fix it for free. The City Center spot is my favorite, there’s always fun music, laughter, and an all around chill environment. I refuse to go anywhere else.
