Try to get a hold of these people to make an appointment or ask any questions good luck with that they never answer and they never return your calls, I understand that they have low quality help because of the type of business they are so I've decided to move on and go to a more reputable organization for my personal care karma I suggest everybody do the same

Staff was kind but I left because I did not feel safe in this neighborhood. Was driven 2 hours from Rockland by Midcoast connection transport, was dropped off in Lunch time and was told to wait outside. Luckily my husband accompanied me on this trip because me as a female would have probably been trafficked by now.
Homeless people with mental illness or on drugs on the sidewalk, sketchy cars stopping and giving them stuff and telling the to violently shut up. Me and my husband stood out and we were being watched. It was the longest 20 minutes of our lives in “the hood”.
The answering service should definitely warn people about the area. ITS NOT SAFE, especially for a woman like myself. Why isn’t there a safety warning??

I just wanted to say thank you to William Hessien he helped me get back on track and to all the people who work there. They have a tough job dealing with the needs of the drug addicts and homeless. I commend All of them. Thank you All.
