I went to Portland location to have a red bump on face treated. They treated it by washing it thoroughly. Didn't do anything. Ripped off.

From my first consultation with the ME at CECNE I didn't get a good feeling. There was a lack of professionalism, lack of care, lack of interest regarding my concern and a laissez-faire attitude. I thought I was being too critical so I put my perceptions aside and moved forward with IPL treatments on my face. All in all the treatments showed improvement but only slightly. On my final follow up visit my provider agreed that there was only a slight improvement, and mentioned another treatment. I had eyebrow micro blading at this spa a couple of years ago. The results were truly awful. Color was way too dark and the shape was most unflattering. I got them lasered off (took 7 laser treatments) and redone at another place. I wrote the owner asking for a refund but she never responded. I do not recommend this spa.
