So glad I called Darling when I had no heat on a very cold morning this month. They responded quickly. Tim and Toby were able figure out a very tricky problem with my gas furnace and get it corrected. They are very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Had a very good experience with this company. I explained to Tim what the problem was, and he said he had someone right in the area and would send him over. Ten minutes later, Toby was at my door. He is a very nice young man, and now I have a wonderful, new faucet in my kitchen. I also thought the fee was reasonable.
The woman who answered the phone is nice as well.
