Doug the installer did an excellent job installing our new shower and tub. Very quick, clean and professional. The quality of the materials is great and our shower now looks like something you would have in an expensive Hotel.

I would not recommend that anyone do business with this company. First install floor was squeaky, second attempt still squeaky and cut walls removing waterproof design. Third attempt installed a stronger floor and no longer squeaky. This was over a 3 month period. The did not seem to care and manager acted like we should just accept it. Please spend your money somewhere else. They did call and made things right. Ty

My wife and I would like to thank both Patrick and Ben for their work. A few weeks back PATRICK came over to seal up around a few areas that we needed. We had the installation done almost 25 years ago over our shower. They were a few places where the Sealant was cracking. We called them up and they sent out PATRICK. He sealed and caulked around all the different areas. He took a picture of an area where there was like a stress fracture . 15 minutes after he left Bathfitter called and said they did not like how it looked. They said they were gonna send someone out and replace out the whole unit. Today Ben came and replaced out the whole unit, sealed up all the areas,... read full review
