The waits are pretty long and the fees are expensive, but they saved my kitty's life. After our regular vet misdiagnosed her, we brought my sweet middle-aged cat here where they brought her back to health. Now, just a few days after she was about to die, she's at home and playing with her toys. She wouldn't be alive without them. I will say, they need more vets. From what I've come to understand, they may only have one actual vet there at a time, and vets that do specific testing are only there on certain days, so it may take hours to days to truly find what's wrong with your animal. Had to pay an early morning visit for Mr Ziggy again. It seems problems always seem to happen on the weekend or after hours. Luckily, this clinic exists, and they are amazing angels!!! Thank you to all who were there tonight to help my kitty. The veterinarian is someone I've seen before, so it was comforting that he remembered us. They took very good care of Ziggy, he received an antibiotic injection, the vet gave some helpful suggestions, and they sent us home with a trial of meds for pain and comfort. I am always impressed with this clinic. Thank you for what you do! Arrived at 5:35am, and left around 7am. Not bad for an ER, they are super quick here!!

This place is the place to go in the area with an unfortunate pet emergency or specialty case. Years ago they helped one dog with compost poisoning and recently hey saved my younger dog after she was fully run over by a car. Both of her hips broke in multiple places in addition to some "mild" internal bleeding and pulmonary contusions - that resolved under their attentive care. We are fortunate the damage was not more severe. Not only is she alive, but she's also learning to walk again and continent. Our family is forever grateful to everyone who works there.
