Same day service was great. Had our first call with Coastal Comfort today and we were so pleased with the whole experience. We have an older Carrier AC/Heating unit, so we were concerned about who to call. The service personnel that took my information was very kind, listened and had us set up for same day service. The technician explained everything to us and fixed our unit before end of day. I would highly recommend Coastal Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone with HVAC needs.

We recently built a new house and Coastal Comfort Heating and Air did our HVAC. They did a great job! I had a concern and scheduled a service call to make sure everything was performing properly. They showed up on time, were extremely thorough, mindful to where shoe protect and provided a comprehensive explanation of what they had done/found. Both techs were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. A shout out to Deon who explained what they did... what a great ambassador for the CC team!

I had a fantastic experience with Coastal Comfort! They installed a new HVAC system for us today, and their team was wonderful from start to finish. They were quick to provide a quote and managed to schedule us in the middle of summer, which was impressive. Brandon and the other technician (forgive me for not remembering his name) were outstanding—super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Truly an A+ team.
