It never occurred to me I would ever write a review for a septic service, but here I am. I recently purchased a summer cottage in Maine that has a septic system/tank, not something I have ever dealt with before. The folks at Skillins have been so great to work with, patiently answering my MANY questions, always scheduling my service on time and making sure everything we need is handled, with the understanding that we're new at this. I needed to look up the phone number and saw someone else had given them a bad review and that was not my experience at all so I wanted to say how helpful they are to me.
Owner was great and very thoughtful caring for my dog during stay. Will definitely go back.
We finally pulled the trigger on this project. Thanks to D.A. Cressey Electric and dynamic duo helpers. We now have heat to take the chill off the house and I'm sure tomorrow the AC cause heck we live in Maine. Dave helped us complete the paperwork for the rebate and will submit it on our behalf. This is the second one he has installed for us and we highly recommend him.
Same day service was great. Had our first call with Coastal Comfort today and we were so pleased with the whole experience. We have an older Carrier AC/Heating unit, so we were concerned about who to call. The service personnel that took my information was very kind, listened and had us set up for same day service. The technician explained everything to us and fixed our unit before end of day. I would highly recommend Coastal Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone with HVAC needs.
