Went here to do a delivery. The experience wasn't bad but the place seemed a little unorganized. I went inside the office to get help. The lady told me that I needed to speak with a guy in the garage. I told her that there was no one out there. She said that she would come out to find him. She never came out and after about 10 minutes the guy finally came out from I don't know where. Lol. Not a horrible experience but the people aren't very helpful from what I experienced and a little disorganized.
As a realtor who has sold over 100 homes, Greg is by far one of my favorite inspectors in the state. He is not only extremely knowledgable, but he is solution oriented and does a fantastic job explaining to buyers how to easily fix things, or what to do if something stops working. He also is their inspector for life, he tells clients all the time to call him if they need anything in the next coming months or years with any questions. I personally hired him when I was buying and selling my own home.
