10/10 experience every single time I visit this salon. Excellent customer service & I always feel happy when I’m there. I have had facials here, gotten my hair color changed from black box dye back to its natural color, had foot scrubs, and hair wash & blowouts. I highly recommend this salon to anyone and plan to keep coming back here for a long time. I live in Orono and this is my favorite go-to spa I can rely on in this area. I have been coming to this spa for years and appreciate the quality & consistency this business has.
I was looking for a last minute availability for a haircut today and luckily Sanctuary Spa had it! The amazing and lovely Shayna tended to me today. She was very friendly, very accommodating, and very efficient in cutting and styling my hair. I was very flexible with what I wanted and she gave her best recommendations. She cut off 3 inches of my hair and layered it. It was very affordable compared to some other places I've tried. I'm happy with the results and would be happy to come back again!
