Last year we had a hot water heater installed by PP&H and it works perfectly. Last week our 38 year old furnace inevitably let go for good. I called PP&H on a Friday morning and they still squeezed us in to come check it out that day. My husband and I let them know we were leaving for a trip next week and there was an immediate need to get a new one. Richard got us the quote later that night and on Tuesday AJ started the install. No, it wasn’t cheap but we got a great new oil furnace. AJ really is awesome - he was always respectful of our home, and on time each day as this was a 3 day job. When we purchased our dream home, a 1791 Cape with plenty of issues, Richard came out and assured us that he was right for the job. He sent his best men, AJ and George, to handle the complete gutting of our tired old plumbing and heating systems.
