“Needed a last-minute visit for our cat prior to leaving on a trip. They got us in, checked him over thoroughly, reassured us he was on the mend, and even helped to clean him and his carrier when he soaked everything due to nerves - all with kindness. Our cat, who dislike anyone who isn't family, loved Dr. Kuietauskas. Everyone we delt with was kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I'd go there again; my pets and I have always had a good experience at Lisbon Road Animal Hospital.”

“Emergency services were needed tonight for my dog. From the staff who answered the phone to the tech to Vet himself everyone was calming, acted swiftly and was very polite and knowledgeable. There is no cost for animals care but this emergency situation didn’t require a loan or a credit card payment it was reasonable . And they included the medications so I didn’t have to find a pharmacy.
Highly recommend! They truly care!”

“I love all the vets here except one whom I won't name. Dr Robitaille is my favorite. She never makes me feel rushed and goes above and beyond to get the answer if she doesn't know it at the time. For those complaining about how "all they care about is money", well it's a business, just like a Drs Office. Most of the Vet practices around here are owned by big corporations that charge the big $$$. It's not this particular location or these particular Vets. It's sad really. Maybe check out insurance for your pets or look for a locally owned practice, if you find one let me know!!!”
