Emergency services were needed tonight for my dog. From the staff who answered the phone to the tech to Vet himself everyone was calming, acted swiftly and was very polite and knowledgeable. There is no cost for animals care but this emergency situation didn’t require a loan or a credit card payment it was reasonable . And they included the medications so I didn’t have to find a pharmacy.
Highly recommend! They truly care!
On Christmas Eve of 2025 I had to unexpectedly euthanize my cat Jamie here. I would’ve made this review sooner but truly hadn’t felt able to until now, emotionally speaking. I just wanted to thank Dr. Jacob Sicotte, the vet tech who attended to us, and the secretary working that night (apologies I wasn’t able to catch the names of these two incredible ladies); the three of you did your best to get us through this tragic situation and it showed and was genuinely immensely appreciated. My girl couldn’t have gone so suddenly in better hands and I’m grateful for that.
I was unemployed at the time and made this clear to the office and they did their best to work… read full review
unfortunately I had to have my wonderful 19 year old cat put down, yesterday. When I arrived I called to tell them we were there, they came out to get Dinnny and me. The staff was wonderful , she was put on fuffy warm blanket, she was at peace. Afterward we discussed cremation and I would pick her up. They complimented her fur which she took great care of, and they expressed how sorry they were, they gave me a cared with her nose and toe print ,, it is lovely. would recommend this place to everyone..Kathy
