Needed a last-minute visit for our cat prior to leaving on a trip. They got us in, checked him over thoroughly, reassured us he was on the mend, and even helped to clean him and his carrier when he soaked everything due to nerves - all with kindness. Our cat, who dislike anyone who isn't family, loved Dr. Kuietauskas. Everyone we delt with was kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I'd go there again; my pets and I have always had a good experience at Lisbon Road Animal Hospital.
The vets, vet techs, and office staff are extremely caring people. I have an old dog and a cat with lots of issues so I'm in there often. Besides the care my animals receive, I witness others.
Exceptional service all the way. Friendly with a very detailed exam and background discussion with the pet owners.
Started on time and fee was fair and reasonable.
Great place for your pet and your peace of mind.
