Comfort Zone comes and does my regular HVAC maintenance after they have done such a great job with the previous install of our new HVAC as well as repairs on our old unit. Today we had Jay come out to look everything over and do the maintenance. I love the ease of communicating with Comfort Zone (they are very responsive with texts, they are great about communicating arrivals via text and email, you get a picture of who your technician is so you can recognize the face, etc.). Jay was a delight to work with. Kind, professional, respectful, extra cautious to make sure there were no great kitty escapes and that the kitties weren't getting super scared of him. Even our scaredy cat, Luc, who normally runs from people came up to him and gave him a headbutt of love. You can't get much more of a positive endorsement than that. Excellent experience. I fully plan to continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.
