They installed our shower glass uneven and when I spoke to Marie, the owners wife asking what could be done to rectify the situation, as I was not there for the job, my partner was, she blurted out “ get a handle of your man”, I was floored then she said you didn’t pay for this your whatever he is, paid and I said no I paid for this check it over, the she says to me “ well you don’t own that house” which I do!!!!!!!!! Then she hangs up saying I’ll have my installer call you. The owners husband man handled my guy and said she would call to apologize which she hasn’t!!!!! Run don’t walk from them !!!!!!!!! Had an outstanding experience with Seacoast Glass this morning. I was in a bit of a bind and on a time crunch. The wonderful young lady working the front desk pleasantly greeted me, got me back on track without delay, and turned a hectic morning into a fantastic day!
