Our stay was truly wonderful. The hotel had so many amazing details- from complimentary bikes and beach chairs, to beautiful seating areas, to breakfast options in the fridge, to daily freshly baked cookies. Virginia was so great and helpful with recommendations and local insights and patty at reception was friendly and allowed us to check in early. Can’t recommend staying here enough!!
The location is perfect a - mix of whatever activities you would like to do. The center of town is easily within walking distance - maybe 5-10 minutes of the center of town. The beach is a bit farther (depending on the beach) and likely requires a drive, but still very close (2 miles). The people working here are very friendly and had some great tips on where to go and what to do. The hotel also provides beach towels, chairs and bikes which was very convenient.

Among the best New England hotels I have ever stayed at. Classic and classy but with modern touches and comfortable rooms, the location was great with a surprisingly strong and reliable daily breakfast offering (incredible continental style spread that had a hot item each day with all you could ask for coffee options). Incredibly impressed, hope to be back, recommend to anyone looking to spend time in the area. Staff are top notch and the bicycles and towels that are available to go to the beach or explore make for a tremendous stay
