“Reception is not great, they don't acknowledge when you arrive. I stood around for several minutes while staff worked at the computer. This was off putting for my first visit. The techs and doctor are very good. Went for a sick cat, they spent the time to determine what could be wrong, and explained everything well. Costs are reasonable for services.“
“Always get good care at Mann! Dr. A is amazing as are the other docs when he is busy. We recently saw Dr. Koupal and we were very happy with the level of care our cat received. She also has great follow up, calling us with test results and ensuring all of our questions were answered. A+“

“I just went to Saco Veterinary Urgent Care for the first time as my regular vet hospital was booked for 4 days. My 5yo Pittie Mix was painful this morning, could not use stairs, and shaky. This place is GREAT! Support staff are very friendly. Dr. Pierre Giroux is very knowledgable. The triage and exam were thorough and he did not order a bunch of diagnostics to rule out X, Y, or Z (unlike a corporate ER in the area). Manage the pain with meds, monitor symptoms, repeat visit if symptoms do not subside or they worsen. Thank you for turning your practice into an Urgent Care that feels like your regular vet!“
