Thank you so much for the compassion that you extended to me and Josie with her end-of-life care. The time you allowed in the appointment enabled her to cross over with dignity and love. I dreaded the day when a candle would be light in the waiting room for my dear girl, but your staff facilitated a very emotional, but very beautiful, spiritual experience for us. Euthanasia is so much more than administering two injections. Euthanasia is a mercy for both pets and their owners. The staff was absolutely fantastic taking care of my porch cat/stray for his first vet appointment. Everything from shots to dealing with an injury was done quickly and done well. I'll definitely be bringing my other cat here for her appointment.
The staff at KVH are so incredibly kind and responsive. They have taken the absolute best care of both my girls Maple and Willow. As a first time pet parent I am navigating all kinds of new experiances with them and they have been so patient with all my questions.
