I usually never write reviews but feel I must because of my plumber Brady today from GP. We have used GP for our oil delivery and furnace maintenance at the beach house and been very satisfied. Today (Memorial Day!), as I was about to pack the car to leave to return to Massachusetts at days end, I discovered 4 inches of water in my basement with the outlet connection from my sump pump compromised and the pump askew. When I called GP the person told me they would have Brady call me. He did so promptly and said he would be there within 40 min. He arrived sooner and very efficiently fixed the connection, stabilized the pump and then found that the pipe was also broken under the deck and needed repair. He fixed that too and the basement was drained out before he left. Brady responded quickly, was very nice, professional and efficient. That is what great service is meant to be. Thank you Brady and GP.

Another great service call by Alex from Garrett Pillsbury. We woke up to 60degrees with no heat or hot water. Alex came in a timely fashion and fixed our malfunction. So glad to be a customer of a reliable Heating Company and highly recommend Garrett Pillsbury. Thanks!

Garrett Pillsbury’s Brendan Huot did excellent work on our heating system that is powered by propane. Our furnace broke down and wholesalers were unpredictable in delivering the required parts. Brendan did the work he could while awaiting the parts and, once the suppliers delivered to GP, Brendan spent the better part of a day dismantling the broken parts and rebuilding. Brendan did an excellent job, kept the work area and all passageways from furnace to his truck clean. And it started up and is running well. We have used GP at our prior house and , as with this repair, had work done well and with a friendly demeanor.

Not many companies today actually offer same day emergency service. Garrett Pillsbury not only does but fit me in so they could at least stop the faucet from leaking. Where here about an hour after I called. Technicians are always pleasant and helpful.

If I could give you a negative score I would. Put your phones away while driving. Absolutely disgusting and unnecessary. It is 2025, every vehicle has ability to attach to phones these days. Hands-free please. Save a life. Save your lives.

Courteous service, on time and accommodating. Dan was very professional and worked with me to get our boiler back up and running. There was an issue that popped up after he left that wasn't part of the original problem, he turned around and came back to address it to make sure we were ok.

I have used them since 2009 and my family has used them since it was Pillsbury Plumbing. The Service Techs are super and so is customer Service. However paying thousand of dollars over last year for different things, they shut off our account for $345 dollars past due. No notification. Just told me they couldn't come out. Didn't even know we owed this as would have payed them like all the other invoices they have sent us. Very disappointed in there lack of contact in this matter.

I truly cannot say enough positive things about this company! They first came to our rescue last August when our A/C quit during a heat wave. Not an emergency, obviously, but we had a newly rescued and very sick rescue puppy who was not tolerating the heat well, so we were extremely appreciative! The technician diagnosed the problem, left to get the part, and had us up and running in less than an hour. Pretty amazing. Fast forward to now. Garrett Pilsbury runs our complete HVAC and also delivers our propane. They have spent hours bringing our propane delivery system up to code (including diagnosing leaks-yikes), fixed our boiler twice, diagnosed the leak in our hot water heater, installed beautiful new fixtures in our bathroom and kitchen, and even found us a propane fireplace company when our own search was unsuccessful! Every single person who we have encountered from this company has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure we were not only safe, but also happy. Highly, highly recommend Garrett Pillsbury!!
