As a realtor who has sold over 100 homes, Greg is by far one of my favorite inspectors in the state. He is not only extremely knowledgable, but he is solution oriented and does a fantastic job explaining to buyers how to easily fix things, or what to do if something stops working. He also is their inspector for life, he tells clients all the time to call him if they need anything in the next coming months or years with any questions. I personally hired him when I was buying and selling my own home.

As an agent, Greg is one of my go to home inspector. He has real world knowledge of homes and applies them to his inspections. He informs and educates without alarming new home owners. He does his own sewer scoping which is convenient.
