Fishmoon yoga is a Maine treasure! So glad to have discovered this lovely studio, exceptional teacher, and friendly community during our temporary stay in Harpswell. Kara's gentle yoga was exactly what my aging body and a bit tattered spirit needed and I'm sad to be leaving the area until at least next year. She as excellent skills and insights, a sound knowledge of how the human body works (and why it doesn't sometimes), and a wonderful sense of humor. Drop in, sign up, try a workshop - you won't go wrong.
Kara is a caring and knowledgeable instructor with a beautiful studio. I always float away from her classes with a peaceful feeling of being connected to my highest self. My mind, body, and spirit thank you Kara. Namaste.
