I've been training here for about 5 months and I can't say enough great things about Jarod and Marcela and the atmosphere they have built at this gym. Everyone is extremely welcoming, friendly and professional from the staff to the members. I'm definitely fortunate to have this as my local BJJ gym and recommend it to anyone interested in the sport!

If you’re in the central Maine area or remotely close, this is where you want to train. Taking the leap to train is nerve racking enough. Jarod, Marcela and all the coaches make taking that leap seamless and comfortable for beginners.

Absolutely amazing place. Home away from home. Family friendly. The atmosphere and environment is amazing. Marcela Jarod and their family are some of the nicest selfless people I have met. From the very first time I walked through those doors I have always felt welcomed.
