Steve Pozzo did an excellent job installing our water filtration system. He was polite and kind. He did the work in a timely manner. Steve explained what we would need to do as far as replacing the filters and he showed me the tools that came with a water filtration system.
We had a very minor plumbing problem. We called 4 plumbing places and Kennebec Plumbing was the only one to call us back! Jessica, who handled the phone call was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful and followed up with emails and texts. We wouldnt hesitate to call them again. Steve P., who came to our home, fixed the problem within 5 mins of arriving!
I had an emergency when I got to my camp in China. Jessica at the office was so calming and was able to get me on the schedule within 24 hours. They provide a quote when the technician arrived and assessed. I had Steve and Steve here to do my repairs. Steve from CT was here the entire time. He explained everything. He has a lot of pride in his work and it shows. Steve from CA showed up to help while he worked under my camp. I feel so much better knowing the repairs were done right by people who truly care. I plan to use Kennebec plumbing in the future for any issues that arise. Thank you for your great service. Pictures include the broken pipes and the new installation.
