“I took a Deep Yin class twice with Natasha and several days later I'm still feeling the effects. Deep Yin has a relaxed methodical approach to moving the body and holding it in specific poses. Natasha added tones from bowls that harmonized the room and accentuated the healing properties of the held positions. I got a serious case of goosebumps at one point because I realized it was working. Later on my road trip I stopped in a mall to order food. As I was waiting I found myself lightly bouncing and dancing in place to the holiday music. Had I not been to those classes I don't think I would've done that. My body was actually happier. This is some real therapy. Highly recommended.“
